Up the ante by topping it with some freshly-made salsa and sliced avocados to supply you with the good kind of fats. If you are really hankering for meats, serve with a side of sausage and bacon.

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut milk

Paleo diet breakfast 1: leftover meat (or if you have none, just deli meat), fruit, and a cup of coffee
Paleo diet breakfast 2: 4 eggs (cooked any way), 1 onion cooked in olive oil, 1 orange, a cup of coffee
Paleo diet breakfast 3: 4 eggs (cooked any way), steamed spinach, 3 to 4 slices of fruit such as pineapple or melon, a handful of nuts, and a cup of coffee
For a hassle-free paleo diet breakfast that you can eat on the go, simply make a smoothie out of your favourite fruits, and almond or coconut milk.
